Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated with a return fee of 35 and an exchange fee of 25 (including 15% VAT). The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with defects or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and retrieve the product provided to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to do so after three days have passed. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its condition. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 4- The time for exchange and return may take up to fifteen days. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with defects or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
